- Notice what is happening: We track emotions, body cues, patterns, and context so your experience becomes more understandable. We bring the experience so you have an in depth backboard for understading.
- Make it workable: Through conversation, creative process, and parts work, we help externalize the honesty, the difficulty, and the inner truth to the situation.
- Regulate and reconnect: We bring tools for wellness into the change process. The act of exploration is respectful, honoring, and a direct part of the healing process. Regulation becomes recouperation.
- Practice new patterns of practice: The goal is not just insight, but crafting a self-sustainable practice that is more stable and consistent than any one stressor. The practice of life becomes a better life.
